The Beihang MBA Education Program, established in 1998, is one of China’s most dynamic and forward-looking MBA programs. Academic Innovation and Reform

• Early Interview Policy: Since 2009, Beihang was the first MBA program in Beijing to introduce an early interview system, shifting the admission focus from exam scores to comprehensive evaluation of candidates’ abilities and leadership potential.
• National Pilot Program: In 2010, Beihang University was selected as one of 18 national pilot institutions for MBA reform, out of 236 programs nationwide. The program consistently ranks in the top 30% and has been recognized as an excellent MBA program in China.
